So you bought a home…now what?

We don’t know about you, but our first home DID NOT come with a manual. However, we believe they should, so we are creating one. At least once a month, we will deliver one helpful piece of advice on how you can be an awesome home owner and reduce the burden on your home. If you have ever had a conversation with a home inspector they will mostly likely tell you, “your home is a living thing”, and we need to take care of it to keep it in its best shape and reduce the cost of future repairs. I promise to keep the tips simple to implement (and enlist experts in their fields when appropriate) so you can get on with doing what you do best - living your one extraordinary life!
